How To Make A GIANT Chocolate Eclair out of CAKE | Yolanda Gampp | How To Cake It
With Chocolate Eclair Day just around the corner - what better way to celebrate than by turning this sweet French pastry into a giant CAKE!? To make this Giant Eclair Cake, I whipped up some of my Chocolate and Vanilla cakes, piped layers of Italian meringue buttercream ìshellsî around the middle, gave it that ëdipped' look with some dark modelling chocolate. I even decorated it with fun colours and sprinkles and placed a little plaque on top to celebrate my mom's birthday!
