The man who pleaded guilty in the hit-and-run incident that caused the death of rapper Nicki Minaj’s father was sentenced to a year behind bars and the victim’s widow is not pleased. The prosecutor's office in Nassau County, New York says Charles Polevich, 72, will also have to pay a $5,000 fine and his drivers license will be suspended for six months.
