How to make Chocolate Mint Mille Crepe Roll Cake
This time we will be making a cute sized mille crepe roll cake by using chocolate mint crepe.
The appearance looks quite similar to our previously made chocolate crepe roll cake tho (sarcastic laugh ).

[Ingredients](Rectangular shaped crepe around 16 pieces)
[Chewy cocoa dough]
■Ingredients
A - Cocoa Powder:15g
A - Black cocoa powder:10g
A - Strong flour:150g
A - Granulated sugar: 50g
A - Salt:3g(around 2 pinches)
B - Whole egg:1
B - Milk:450ml
■Directions
1. Simply sift all the A powder ingredients and mix it with B ingredients。
2. Refrigerate the dough mix for 3 hours。
3. Pour approximately 40 ml of the dough mix onto an egg pan and fry。
4. Let it cool, pile them together and refrigerate.
[Chocolate mint whipping cream]
■Ingredients
A - Heavy cream:200ml
A - White chocolate:100g
B - Fresh cream:200ml(soft peaks)
B - Granulated sugar:15g
Peppermint liqueur:4 tablespoons(60ml)
Food coloring:suitable amount
Black chocolate:suitable amount
■Directions
1. Chop the chocolate。Try to chop the black chocolate in uniformity。
2. Warm the heavy cream A, and mix in with white chocolate。
3. Mix the B ingredients and form soft peaks on top of ice water, and slowly add in the peppermint liqueur。
4. Add the ingredients from step 3 into step 2’s ingredients and mix well。
5. Add in food coloring and make adjustments to the color and texture of the whipping cream.
