I'll be making Almond Butter Banana Bread from Claire Saffitz's cookbook, Dessert Person. This is not your average banana bread - it's moist and savoury with with just the right amount of sweetness! I especially enjoy this recipe because they're easy to find, simple ingredients and requires no special tools.
