Ingredients:
pork meat - 1 kg (2.2 lb)
salt - 15 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 10 g (0.35 oz)

for the filling:
ham - 120 g (4.23 oz)
pressed cheese - 120 g (4.23 oz)
red bell pepper - 80 g (2.82 oz)
cashew nuts - 60 g (2 oz)
spinach - 200 g (7 oz)

for the sauce:
oil - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
beer - 250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
soy sauce - 60 ml (¼ cup)
mustard - 30 g (1 oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic powder - 10 g (0.35 oz)
cinnamon - 5 g (0.18 oz)
brown sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)

Tray size 22 x 30 cm (8.66 x 12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/35 minutes

for the garnish:
potatoes - 500 g (17.64 oz)
oil - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
garlic - 3 cloves
rosemary - 10 g (0.35 oz)
salt - 8 g (0.29 oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
