Inside A Happy And Colourful HDB Home At Tanglin Halt That Is Supremely Relaxing

This week, we visit a vibrant 4-room HDB home in nostalgic Tanglin Halt. It's a 969 square feet space but it feels more spacious than the size stated on paper. Homeowners Tricia and David didn't have a specific style in mind (some might describe it as a mix of bohemian and modern), but rather, a mix of their personalities. More importantly to them was that their home had to be comforting and relaxing to be in, rather than a stuff and overly neat environment.

As a result, their home is lived-in but it still retains a very cosy charm to it. With comfort their key aim, they even managed to incorporate a 3-metre long sofa in their living room - which isn't a typical length that you'd usually find in a HDB home. The mix of different colours just make the space really bright and cheerful, and it is a really happy spot to come home to.

We'd like to thank Tricia and David for opening up their home and taking the time to show us around. For more inspiration please visit: https://www.instagram.com/mahoomahome/
