这碗茄子拌面我在家常做，百吃不厌。搭配了西红柿 (番茄)、香蕉辣椒和五花肉，营养均衡，味道浓郁，绝对的家常美味。吃素的朋友可以不放五花肉用素油代替。
I make this bowl of eggplant noodles all the time at home, and I never get tired of eating it. Paired with tomatoes (tomatoes), banana peppers and pork belly, it is nutritionally balanced, full of flavour and absolutely home-cooked. Vegetarian can omit the pork belly and use vegetable oil instead.
