The hotel is entirely designed by Italian architects who used local materials like hand-cut volcanic stones and exotic woods. It boasts a Milan meets Garden of Eden style with Frangipani-draped stone pathways and exclusive thatched-roof villas.

Additionally, the mansions have separate entrances and staff quarters with open-air living rooms, modern kitchens, heated outdoor pools, and a private elevator.

The most luxurious living accommodation here is the Bulgari villa. The 1,300 square meters unit is a cliff villa that includes two bedrooms. Furthermore, a private entrance conducts into this exclusive 1,300 meters unit that includes a spa room and even a private on-site cinema. Also, it is usually booked for weddings and events because of the sheer size and luxurious amenities.
