Omelet bites are a super combination of eggs, bacon, cheese, milk, tomatoes, spring onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Of course, you can add the ingredients you like.

Being a breakfast lover and a firm believer that it's one of the most important meals of the day, I'm always on the search for some variety. I love bacon and eggs as much as the next person, but too much of one thing is always boring.

I realize, an omelet is good. But on the other hand, the same type of omelet time-and-time-again is not. Then, out of nowhere, I got the idea for these cute omelet bites. Oh my goodness, they were so good I had to share them.
