Components (Frame Size: Diameter 12cm, Height 7cm x 2)
4 egg whites, 120g sugar
4 egg yolks, vanilla extract
100g Cake flour
Milk 24g + Cooking Oil 24g (excluding olive oil)
Cold Whipping Cream 200g, Sugar 15g
Decoration: Sugar Powder, Chocolate

▶ Recipe
1. Mix egg whites and sugar for 4-5 minutes at high speed (add sugar three times).
2. Add 4 egg yolks and vanilla extract and mix slowly for 30 seconds.
3. Sift flour and mix.
4. Add the dough to milk + cooking oil and mix quickly.
5. Bake the cake in a preheated oven and allow it to cool completely.
6. Fill the cake with whipped cream.
