Preparation Time: 2 minutes. Cooking Time: Nil. Makes ½ cup.

¾ cup fresh cream
1½ tbsp lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and whisk well.
2. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or till thick.
3. Use as required.
