Galaxy for microbiome via ASaiM story - From a local project to a global effort
Presented by Dr Bérénice Batut on 9 June 2021 as part of the "Holistic Bioinformatic Approaches used in Microbiome Research" conference presented by the Bioinformatics Virtual Coordination Network.
Dr. Berenice Batut describes the multi-year process of developing the ASaiM workflow, how she chose the Galaxy bioinformatics platform, and how that decision shaped the development of the project.
