DAY 1:

1️⃣ back squat || 5 sets 10 reps || 1 min rest time in between sets
2️⃣ front squat press || 5 sets 10 reps || 1min rest in between sets
3️⃣ chin ups (assisted) || 5 sets 10 reps || 1 min rest time
4️⃣ landmine straight arm rotation || 5 sets 16 reps || 1 min rest time in between sets

DAY 2:
1️⃣ deadlifts || 5 sets 10 reps || 1 min rest in between
2️⃣ push ups / flat bench || 5 x 10 || 1 min rest
3️⃣ Bulgarian split squats || 5 x 10 /S || 1 min rest
4️⃣ pull ups || 5 x 10 || 1 min rest
5️⃣ tricep dips || 5 x 10 || 1 min rest

Ab workout:
1️⃣ weighted sit ups
2️⃣ Russian twists
3️⃣ V sits
4️⃣ crunches

High cal smoothie:
1/2 cup of oats
2 scoops of protein
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup of water
1 banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
