제주도 한라수목원 입구의 수목원길 야시장에서 만난 수박쥬스입니다. 씨제거 작업장이 따로 있다고 해서 다음날 찿아가 보았습니다. 4명이 분주하게 작업한 과육을 얼려 첨가물없이 바로 갈아주네요 씨가없어 부드러운 식감과 수박본연의 맛이었습니다. (시럽은 말씀하시면 넣어줍니다) 사장님의 칼질이 발군이네요~
