One (New) Pan Gnocchi With Bacon, Peas, And Cheese - for this easy weeknight meal, we'll be using our new solidteknicsusa.com Stainless steel pan.

Ingredients:
75 mL (1/3 cup) chicken stock
75 mL (1/3 cup) milk
5 mL (1 tsp) flour
140g (3-4 strips) thick cut bacon, chopped
300g gnocchi
250 mL (1 cup) frozen peas
80g fresh or grated mozzarella
Parmesan, grated to taste
Pepper to taste.

Method:
Pre heat the oven broiler.
Whisk together broth milk and flour.
In an oven safe pan, cook the bacon until crisp.
Remove from the pan, and reserve.
On medium low heat, add the gnocchi to the pan and cook until browned.
Add the bacon back to the pan with the liquid mix.
Stir and cook until slightly thickened.
Sprinkle cheeses on top and transfer to the broiler.
Broil until cheese bubbles and browns slightly.
