Whenever I speak to people either designing a new home, doing remodelling work or spec'ing out their new build home I always tell them THINK MAINTENANCE! Don't think about what our new house looks like now, think about what it will be like in 5 years time and how easiy it will be to maintain. Let's take a look at some ideas to make your new house as low maintenance as possible. I've taken a visit to a busy Travelodge hotel in central London to have a look at what large hotel groups do to keep maintenance costs to an absolute minimum. As mentioned in the video, this was filmed in 2018 but it's estimated that this Travelodge was last updated around 2013.
