What is a Gougere you ask? Little balls of heaven. These are made from a a choux (shoe) dough and filled with CHEESE! Basically cheesy bread, very similar to those you would get at a brazilian steak house. This recipe is really simple and yields around 70 pastries, so it is great to share! Claire Saffitz has done it again with an amazing recipe from Dessert Person.
