不用牛奶也能做出完美的奶盖?喝了能减肥的奶茶给我来一打 Soy Milk Bubble Tea 豆乳波波茶
最近特别流行一款豆豆波波茶,于是我就把它复刻出来啦!这款纯素奶茶不用加一滴牛奶,却依然香醇浓厚,还有素奶油做成的奶盖哦!
【食材/Ingredients】
豆浆:干黄豆300g,水1000g(打豆浆),与豆浆等体积的开水(煮豆浆)
豆花:每500ml豆浆搭配4g盐卤或2g内脂粉
素奶油:鹰嘴豆250g,水1500g(泡豆子),水750g(煮豆子),糖粉5茶匙
芋圆/波波若干,黄豆粉,茶叶
This is a health version of bubble tea made from only beans. I hope you enjoy it :)
Ingredients:
Soy milk: dry soy beans 300g, water 1000g (for making soy milk), hot water (for boiling)
Tofu pudding: gluconolactone 2g or nigari water 4g per every 500 ml of soy milk
Vegan cream: chickpea 250g, water 1500g (to soak), water 750g (to high-pressured boil), powdered sugar 5 tsp
Tapioca bubbles, soy powder, tea
