捞化是福建福州的著名小吃，捞化的全称是捞兴化米粉，因为使用莆田的兴化米粉，所以简称捞化。米粉细如发丝，洁白晶莹，放在锅里一烫就熟，用高汤调配，吃的时候可以加入海鲜、肉类等很多种配菜。既简单又美味，在当地很受欢迎，从以前的早餐，到现在全天都能吃得到。
Laohua is a famous snack in Fuzhou, Fujian. The full name of Laohua is Lao Xinghua rice noodles. Because Xinghua rice noodles from Putian are used, it is short name of Laohua. Rice noodles are as thin as hair, white and shiny. They are cooked in a hot pot, prepared with broth, and can be eaten with seafood, meat and many other side dishes.
