We're overdue for a Happy Meal!
This weekend, I was inspired to cook. So I whip-up some of my favorite dishes. The first is a classic banchan in Korea called Jinmichae Bokkeum (진미채볶음). It's also known as ojingeochae bokkeum (오징어채볶음). We grow up eating it when we're young!
The second dish is of Tempura - Shrimp & eggplant to be specific. Boy, oh boy! Plus, I'll show you how to make Tendon dipping sauce - which is perfect for fried tempura.
The final is Steak & Gwali Pepper Stirfry. Absolutely delicious! Make one, make two or all of them ;-)
