LEARN HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY REFRESHING FATTOUSH SALAD RECIPE TODAY!

LAY HO MA! This salad recipe is so simple and straightforward it will bring you from beginner cook to master chef in no time at all! Join me in this episode and learn how to make a deliciously easy fattoush salad recipe right at home!

SALAD INGREDIENTS:
2 pita bread
1/2 red onion
3 radishes
1 cucumber
1 green bell pepper
200g cherry tomatoes
2 romaine (about 400g)
20g mint leaves

DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
1 piece garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sumac
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat. the oven to 350F
2. Chop the pita bread into bite sized pieces. Then, line them onto a baking tray and bake for a couple of minutes (set a timer so you won't forget about them!)
3. Have a very large mixing bowl ready to build the salad. Thinly slice the red onion and radishes. Roughly chop the cucumber into bite sized pieces. Chop the green bell pepper into small pieces. Slice in half the cherry tomatoes
4. Wash and chop the romaine. Dry off the leaves using a salad spinner
5. Add the mint leaves to the salad
6. Place the dressing ingredients into a small jar. Give the jar a good shake and pour onto the salad
7. Toss the salad and plate. Add the crispy pita chips to taste
