Pastry shells
Ingredients:
120g all purpose flour
100g unsalted butter
200ml water
1 tsp salt
3-4 eggs

Pastry cream
Ingredients:
400ml milk
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp corn flour
6 tbsp caster sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
40g unsalted butter

Bake in preheated oven 190C for 35 minutes, turn off the oven, let the pastry shells still in the oven for 15 minutes with oven slightly ajar
