Ingredients :
250g butter(牛油)
170g caster sugar (细砂糖)
5 large eggs(鸡蛋)- grade A
250g ( 2 cups ) plain flour(普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/2tsp salt (盐)
90g whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
200g canned peaches , cut into small pieces (罐头水蜜桃,切小块)
50g ground almond (杏仁粉)
50g Raisin (葡萄干)

Peach slices (水蜜桃片适量)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 60-70 minutes.
放入已预热烤箱,以170°C烤60-70分钟。
