Chicken Kalguksu is a delicious variation of Korean Kalguksu noodles. Typically Kalguksu uses clams as the main ingredients (check out other Kalguksu noodle). But this one is also very delicious - especially if you like chicken. I like to call Korea's chicken noodle soup. Better than Campbells ... might I add! This recipe is from Chef Baek Jong Won - a celebrity chef in Korea. He replaced the traditional kelp and anchovy broth with a few tablespoons of fish sauce. It is a perfect to make restaurant quality Kalguksu Noodles! Enjoy.
