配方 Ingredients:
面团Dough:
高筋面粉350克 (2 + 1/2 杯)
Bread or all purpose flour 350 g (2 + 1/2 cups)
温牛奶210毫升
Lukewarm milk 210 ml
酵母3克(1 小茶勺)
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖15克(1 大勺)
White sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
盐3克 (1/2 小茶勺)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
无盐黄油25克 (2 大勺)
Unsalted butter 25 g (2 tbsp)
鸡蛋一个55克左右
Whole egg 55 g +-
馅料 Fillings:
洋葱150克 Onion Medium size 150 g
去皮土豆150克 Peeled potato 150 g
牛肉馅200-250克 Ground beef 200 - 250 g
西红柿酱2大勺约30克 Ketchup 2 tbsp
盐4-5克(一小茶勺)Salt 4-5 g (less 1 tsp)
罗勒叶1/2小茶勺 Basil leaves 1/2 tsp
咖喱粉1茶勺约2克 Curry powder 1 tsp
炒菜油15毫升 Cooking oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
烤盘9寸,直径23厘米高7厘米
pan size 9 ”(diameter 23 cm)
