This week, we visit a mid-century modern 4 room HDB in Strathmore, Queenstown. Home owner Carolyn was won over once she saw the hardwood floors as part of the previous owners home - as she was always interested in a mid-century modern style.

There was quite some work done to change up the space, with the bathrooms retiled and all cabinetry redone. The wall between the master bedroom and the second bedroom was hacked too to incorporate a spacious well-sized walk-in wardrobe.

Her study area was brought on because of the pandemic situation, but the shelving in it was carefully placed with books and items that held significance to her through her life. We really like the look of it as it ties in everything together well.
