Sky Terrace @ Dawson is one of those HDB's in Singapore that still amaze some people when they find out it's actually an HDB and not a condo. Located in Queenstown, it enjoys a convenient central location just on the outskirts of the CBD. Although we can't say that the walk to the MRT is the closest, its biggest claim to fame is really its exterior design.

Designed by the famed SCDA Architects (the ones behind developments like Leedon Residence, The Marq, and Cluny Park Residence, and many more), the design of it is really quite unique. It isn't all just about being pretty though, as its design does take into account multi-generational living. The blocks are made up of "Loft" type units, a standalone 4-room/5-room flat where a studio unit would be connected to it.

Aside from that, the amount of greenery is really a standout for us. It allows the somewhat rigid looking design to look more welcoming, and some of its common spaces are definitely worth a mention as well.
