Knife Making: Chef's Knife For Chanelle DIY
Advertisement
Last knife of the year! A chef's knife.
On the blade I etched the owner's name as requested by the customer.
The steel is 4mm thick 1070 high carbon steel. Handle is made of olive wood burl, ebony and some hard redwood divided by red vulcanized fiber and thin aluminum sheat. Some pins are steel and others copper filled with black epoxy, made by me in a previous video.
