400gr self/raising flour
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
550gr caster sugar
5 whole eggs
1/2 salt
2 tsp cinnamon
500gr carrots grated
100gr walnuts
150gr raisins

Orange cream cheese
150gr soft unsalted butter
200gr soft cream cheese
450gr icing sugar
1 orange zest
