Tacos are something I have yet to tackle because of their rich history and (possible) complexity. There's no better way to kick it off than cooking a recipe that overpromises and under delivers! Or is it the other way around? Do the "weeknight" tacos by @Brian Lagerstrom live up to their name?!

As someone with no formal training or ANY restaurant experience, I can find myself overwhelmed with some of the recipes presented here on YouTube.
