Let's take a moment to look back at Wellness month and grade ourselves. I like to give myself feedback after I set goals for myself and I'm really happy with my results, how did you guys do? Also, tell me if you guys liked the themed month, maybe we should do it more, so if you have any ideas for themes you know where to leave me your thoughts!

So how is everyone? How do you feel? Do you feel more fit, more motivated, or is the winter making it harder to find that inner fire? I had so much fun creating and sharing wellness videos with you guys!

In the summer I shared my morning with you guys and I thought it would be fun to share cozy fall nighttime routine too! Of course every evening looks different, but when I am at home I try to always cook for myself, relax with my boyfriend, and get to bed early!

I love being outside during the fall. The colors, the falling leaves, it's just so quaint or as we like to say in dutch Gezellig (do you know this word?). Feeling relaxed in your own home is something that is super important to me. Obviously because of the changing weather my skincare routine has to change as well. I notice my skin needs more love and a lot more hydration than usual because of the dry air. Do you suffer from dry skin in the winter?
