Join me for a great 20 minute gentle pilates workout completed all on the mat. The focus of this video is primarily on exercises for the abs and butt / core and glutes.
These are effective toning movements that will in turn, help reduce back pain because we are working the surrounding and supportive muscle groups.
Always remember to keep your core engaged during the workout. Again, this will not only activate your deep core muscles but will keep you from using your lower back as well.
Some of these exercises are performed on our knees. So please do not attempt if you have knee pain or are uncomfortable in this position.
