* 250g Bread flour/All-purpose flour 高筋面粉/中筋面粉 1 cup+1/2 cup
* 40g Sugar 糖 1/8cup+1tbsp
* 2g Salt 盐 1/4 tsp
* 3g Yeast 酵母 1 tsp
* 1pcs(50g) Eggs 鸡蛋
* 115g-120g Cold Milk 冰牛奶 1/2cup
* 25g Butter 1oz 黄油

Preheat the Oven 170°C（340℉）, baking for 16 minutes
