Kao meru sam koristila šolju od 300 ml
2 jajeta
80 gr praziluka
1 šolja mleka
3/4 šolje ulja
1 šolja kukuruznog brašna
1 šolja pšeničnog brašna
1 kesica praška za pecivo
100 gr sira
2 kašike kisele pavlake

Opciono: susam, laneno seme, seme bundeve i suncokret
