Honey spiced chicken is a superb combination of boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in half and sliced into strips. They are combined with salt, pepper, an egg, and some corn starch The sauce is made from garlic, chili sauce, and honey, . As they can been done so quickly, they made a fantastic midweek meal.

I especially enjoy chicken with some spices and sweetness. Just plain chicken with salt and pepper is just way too boring form me. Then, I got thinking about a chicken dish with an element of sweetness and a tad of spice. Yes, a sweet and sour chicken.

Then it came to mind that a chicken dish with some honey and chilli sauce might fit the bill. Thus, my honey spicy chicken was born. It has to be one of the nicest dishes I have ever put together. Believe me guys, it is a must try.
