Darian Brooker introspectively challenges the notion that resilience is reserved for those overcoming adversity. As a former foster child and the Founding Director of We, Future Leaders, Darian demonstrates that building resilience is as simple as individually and collectively practicing resourcefulness. Darian Brooker is the founder of We, Future Leaders, whose aim is to "mentor, educate, inspire and motivate" students to leave a lasting legacy on this world. Having experienced the disparity of the education gap between high and low socio-economic students themself and conquering the disadvantages it posed, Darian Brooker created an initiative to reduce the load of the crippling inequality in Australia on our youngest and most vulnerable citizens which has helped hundreds of disadvantaged students brave the same disparities she faced.
