Healthy diet cake with oats, apple and zucchini! No sugar, no flour, no butter!
The sweetness comes from the natural sugars in the dried cranberries and apple. So, it's just a little sweet. However, if you prefer a sweeter taste, you can always add a sweetener of your choice,
Ingredients:
230 g rolled oats(2 1/2 cups)
7 g baking powder(1/2 tablespoon)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 medium apple
100 g zucchini (3.5 oz)
3 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g dried cranberries/ raisins/dates
a pinch of salt
bake for 40 minutes at 180°C /360°F
