We are still at the beginning phase, we will do complete chest day for beginners, this is a first complete chest day. This is of course for beginners, make sure you stretch.

Dumbbell Press (Flat Bench)
3 Sets of 10 Reps with 45 sec break
Dumbbell Fly (Flat Bench)
3 Sets of 10 Reps with 45 sec break
Barbell Press (Incline Bench)
4 Sets of 8 Reps with 45 sec break
Dumbbell Press (Incline Bench)
3 Sets of 8 Reps with 45 sec break
Dumbbell Fly (Incline Bench)
