【浅草名代らーめん 与ろゐ屋　ストーリー】

東京浅草

言わずと知れた東京の観光地は
ほおずき市・隅田川の花火・灯篭流し。そして三社祭と
通年通して祭りや催し物が多く、毎日大勢の人で賑わっていた。

「コロナ渦前に戻りつつあるけどまだ寂しいかな」
そう語るのは松本象壱さん
象壱さんは、与ろゐ屋創業者である松本光昭さんのご子息に当たる。

与ろゐ屋は、光昭さんが幼い頃に食べたという
昔懐かしい「中華蕎麦」
あの時の思い出の味を再現する為に1991年に開業した浅草の老舗らーめん店。
コロナ渦前の土日では500杯程も売り出す、超人気らーめん店だ。

「知っているお店がなくなっていくのはやっぱり寂しい」
30年以上の月日、コロナを経て浅草が徐々に変わりつつある。
浅草は古くからの飲食店が多くあるが、後継者が居ないことから
貸家や閉店になるお店が後を絶たないとの事だ。

そのような状況でも、与ろゐ屋は決して味を絶やさない。　
「飲食は大変なことが多い。だけれどこのらーめん
この味を引き継いでいきたい」

創業から30年以上の月日が流れ変わりゆく浅草。
そんな中、徐々に変化しつつも変わらずに大切な物が引き継がれていく。
その一端を垣間見る事が出来る貴重な、素敵なお店でした。
