Pink Sauce Pasta

Ingredients for White Sauce:
Oil 1 tbsp
Nurpur butter 3 tbsp
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Nurpur milk 1/2 Litre
Nurpur cheddar cheese 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Pink Sauce Paste:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Boneless chicken (strips) 350 g
Tomato puree 1 ½ cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic ketchup 2 tsp
White sauce 2 cups
Capsicum (cubes) 1 cup
Boiled penne pasta 2 cups
Oregano 1 tsp
Black pepper power 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Nurpur Mozzarella Cheese as required
Black olives (sliced) for garnishing
Red chili flakes for garnishing
Oregano for garnishing

Directions for White Sauce Preparation:
1. In a pan heat butter and add oil. Add flour and cook until fragrant.
2. Now add milk and cook until sauce starts to thicken.
3. Add cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts. Add black pepper, salt and cook and mix well. Your white sauce is ready.
Directions for Pink Sauce Paste:
4. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.
5. Add onion and cook until translucent.
6. Add chicken strips and cook until chicken changes color. Add tomato puree, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic ketchup and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add oregano, salt, black pepper and cook until chicken is done.
8. Add capsicum and cook for 1-2 minutes.
9. Now add white sauce and mix well. Add boiled penne pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes.
10. In cups add pasta and top with mozzarella cheese, red chili flakes and oregano.
11. Now bake at 180°C for 2-3 minutes.
12. Top it with black olives, red chili flakes, and serve. Your Pink Sauce Pasta is ready.

Cooking time: 30-35 mins
Servings: 4-5
