Shoulders & Back Focus
Superset 1: 4 sets
Upright row || 6-8 reps
Bent over rear felt pull || 6-8reps
Bent over row || 6-8 reps x 4 sets
Single side pull downs || 12 reps x 4 sets
Superset 2: 4 sets
Face pulls || 8 reps x 4 sets
Angled lateral raise || 6 each side x 4 sets
Close grip pull downs || 8 reps x 4 sets
