I’ve filled the pork chop with mushrooms. I’ve never eaten such a delicacy before!

Ingredients:
pork chop - 800 g (28.2 oz)

for the filling:
oil - 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
onion - 120 g (4.23 oz)
mushrooms - 120 g (4.23 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
Cook over medium fire for 10 min
sweet cooking cream - 120 ml (½ cup)
Tray size 12 X 20 cm (4.72 x 8 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
