I'm always in the mood for a good stir-fry recipe, especially if it has beef in it. And even more so when it can be made in under 30 minutes. When I came across this Tibetan beef stir-fry recipe, I know it was a must try. Commonly known as Shapta, it a simple and delicious combination of vegetables, spices, sauce, and beef. The amazing thing is, the entire dish can be made in under 30 minutes.

I find the dish fantastic served up over rice. Noodles would be nice too. Believe me, your family and friends will simply love this stir-fry.
