DETERMINATIONS

ARE PROHIBITED
- The permanence of people on public roads from 11 pm to 5 am.
- The functioning of: Museums, galleries, libraries, cinemas, theaters, concert halls and presentation rooms.
- Nightclubs, dance clubs, dance halls, party houses and others.
- Hairdressing salons, barber shops, beauty and aesthetics institutes.
- Social and sports clubs and leisure services.
- Amusement parks and circuses.

ARE SUSPENDED
Face-to-face service, of any nature, in:

- bars, cafeterias, restaurants and the like, except for the drive thru, take away and home delivery modalities (delivery), forbidden, in any case, consumption on the spot;
- kiosks in general, including those on the seafront, except in the form of home delivery (delivery) and take-away;
- the exercise of other economic activities in the sands of the beaches and in the streets, including the fixed and itinerant itinerant commerce, the commerce of food, beverages and products by means of motor vehicles, towable or powered by human propulsion, the commerce carried out in special fairs, street fairs, antique fairs and arts fairs;
- events of any nature, parties, samba circles, in public and private areas, as well as sports competitions;
- the entrance of buses and other charter vehicles in the Municipality, except those that provide regular services for employees of companies or for hotels, whose passengers prove, in this case, accommodation reservation;
- the parking of motor vehicles across the seafront, except for residents, the elderly, people with disabilities, hotel guests and taxis;
- the use of the lanes of the avenues Delfim Moreira, Vieira Souto and Atlântica and both directions of the lanes of the Aterro do Flamengo as leisure areas.

The permanence of individuals:

- on the streets, areas and public squares of the Municipality from 11 pm to 5 am;
- on the sands of the beaches, at any time, including the practice of team sports;

- Snack bars, restaurants and bars: exclusively for home delivery, take-away and drive-thru, being forbidden to attend in person and the public to remain inside the establishment.
- Food and beverage trade services, such as butchers and fishmongers, supermarkets, fresh produce, bakeries, convenience stores and others, where consumption is prohibited on site and the extension of opening hours is recommended.
- Health care services, pharmacies and trade in medical and supplementary and optical equipment
- Veterinary assistance, services and trade in animal supplies.
- Trade in building materials, hardware and the like.
- Banking and lottery establishments, credit institutions, insurance, capitalization, commerce and administration of real estate values ​​and postal service.
- Wholesale trade and the supply and logistics chain.
- Free and mobile fairs.
- Newsstands, with exposure to the sale and sale of alcoholic beverages prohibited.
- Fuel and gas trade.
- Mechanics service and trade in auto parts and accessories for vehicles and bicycles, in addition to vehicle rental services.
- Hospitality and accommodation, with the operation of food services restricted to guests.
- Passenger transport.
- Industrial activities and civil construction works.
- Home delivery services.
- Telecommunications, call center and call center services.
- Funeral services.
- Laundry services.

Other activities that do not allow stoppage.
Activities must operate considering the very high risk alert level for the entire municipality.
