在西安的早上我特意起床很早,拿着相机去大街上溜达,在一家卤汁凉粉店门口,看见大叔正在熬制卤汁,于是我就选择了在这家店开启美好的一天。这家店主要卖的是卤汁凉粉,这个小吃可不得了,在西安可是很有名气的呢,被称为美食届的黑暗料理,为什么这么说,因为这道美食有一些奇特之处,进门先发一个碗,开始掰馍,然后铺上冷的凉粉,再要浇上热的卤汁来吃,还需要加5层料汁,有蒜泥、香醋、辣椒油、芥末、芝麻酱,还有黑色的松花蛋和白色的清水煮蛋。这么多调料聚合到一起,配上冷热交替的口感,可以说是难以想象的味道,能吃习惯的人觉得是美味,吃不惯的人,会觉得简直就是黑暗料理!快打开视频跟我一起体验吧。
