Ingredients:
芋头馅料Taro filling:
大芋头250克Large taro 250 g
葱花 2汤匙Chopped green onion 2 tbsp
广式腊肠 1根1 Cantonese sausage
切碎虾干 1汤匙Chopped dried shrimp 1 tbsp
胡萝卜丝15克Shredded carrot 15g
五花肉丁 60克Diced pork belly 60g
蚝油 1汤匙Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
盐1/4茶匙Salt 1/4 tsp
鱼露 1茶匙Fish sauce 1 tsp
糖 1茶匙Sugar 1 tsp
水 1/3杯Water 1/3 cup
黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
萝卜馅料Radish fillings:
切丝白萝卜 500克Shredded white radish 500g
虾皮 2汤匙Dried shrimp 2 tbsp
辣椒粉1茶匙Chili powder 1 tsp
盐1茶匙Salt 1 tsp
葱花 2汤匙Chopped green onion 2 tbsp
麻油1/2茶匙Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
素馅Vegetarian fillings:
切碎水发冬菇 2汤匙Dried mushrooms (soaked) 2 tbsp
切丝五香豆干 1/3杯Spiced soya beans 1/3 Cup
切丝胡萝卜 1/2杯Shredded carrots 1/2 cup
白胡椒粉1/2茶匙White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
酱油1茶匙Soy sauce 1 tsp
盐1/2茶匙Salt 1/2 tsp
麻油1/2茶匙Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
混合包菜 200克Shredded mixed cabbage 200g
