In case you have been wondering why we haven't posted any new videos for a while now, here's the full rundown.

UPDATE: Good news, everyone! Thank you for the comments of support in the video and on Twitter. We now have full control over our channel, content ownership, and monetization. It turns out going public with these issues was the right move as it was a lot more helpful than trying to resolve the issue quietly with Youtube Support. Just hours after publishing the video, we were given a chance to take control of the hijacked MCN account. Once we were in, we disconnected the channel from the MCN shell and we resumed full control of the channel. We are now also fully set up for monetizing the channel videos with AdSense directly.
As to who helped us take over the MCN account – we have no idea who it was, and Youtube Support claims it wasn't them. It might remain a mystery forever, but whoever it was – THANK YOU!
