Beguni is an all-time favorite deep fried fritters. especially in the month of Ramadan, it is a must-have item. But the problem is making beguni is a bit tricky. The main issue id oil. It is normally made by deep frying for few minutes. But because of the batter and the frying technique, it often gets soaked by oil. This is why today I will show a recipe which will have less amount of oil even you deep fry them.

1. gram flour 1 cup
2. rice flour 1/4 cup
3. salt 1/2 tsp
4. sugar 1/2 tsp
5. baking powder 1/2 tsp
6. red chili powder 1 tsp
7. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
8. garlic-ginger paste 1 tsp
9. Thinly sliced eggplant 1 medium size
