1. Filling:
* 2pcs Egg Yolk (32g+-)
* 24g Powdered Sugar 10tsp
* 60g Shredded Coconut 12tbsp
* 24g Unsalted Butter 5tsp
2. Water-oil Dough:
* 1 Drop Pink Food Coloring
* 48g Water 3tbsp+1/2tsp
* 120g Cake flour 3/4cup+2tbsp+2tsp
* 12g Sugar 1tbsp
* 12g Lard (You can also replace it with an equal amount of butter)
3. Pastry Dough:
* 78g Cake flour 1/2cup+1.6tbsp
* 42g Lard (You can also replace it with an equal amount of butter)
Oil Temperature 120-140°C
