On 16 June 2014, the Financial Times, in association with Vertu, took their extraordinary culinary experience to Hong Kong.
The gastronomic event was part of the Financial Times' How To Spend It 20th anniversary celebrations.
Ferran Adrià collaborated with Jason Atherton to infuse the intimate venue with delectable aromas. The elBulli inspired 5 course creations -- which combined the finest ingredients with the chefs' inimitable craft -- tantalised the senses and delighted all who were present.
